What makes icebreaker merino wool different from regular wool?
Our merino wool is sourced from high-altitude Merino sheep in New Zealand. Unlike traditional wool which can be itchy, our fibers are ultra-fine, soft against the skin, and naturally odor-resistant and breathable.
How should I care for my icebreaker garments?
Most of our products are machine washable. We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle with normal detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, and always air dry in the shade to maintain the integrity of the natural fibers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns are free for all registered account holders within the continental United States.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming adventure.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper care.
